Sleep is something that affects us all, whether it’s too much, or more often, not enough. It can creep up on us, or elude us, but it’s something most of us long for – a good night’s sleep.
As life and wellness coaches, we understand that without sleep we can become ill, both mentally and physically. We also know that in order to sleep well, certain criteria must be met. A nighttime routine helps a baby feel secure, while a comfy mattress or white noise machine makes a difference as we grow up.
